It's a fact- curing acne can never be achieved by tackling one of the many factors responsible for acne. If you've ever tried to cure your acne using one-dimensional treatments like antibiotics or even detox diets and failed it's probably because you tackled only one aspect of the disease. Not only will this system teach you the only way to prevent your acne from being formed, you will also learn the only way to acne treatments for good - the holistic way.

It really depends on the sensitivity of your skin. Me personally, I have always shaved in the opposite direction the hairs are growing down there for a closer cut with success. For the frontal area I use tweezers. This took me a LONG time to get used to but keeps the hair away for a lot longer and it doesn't grow back as thick (doesn't make you itch either while its growing back).Shaving in the direction of the growing hair will not be a closer shave or make it smoother, but it will be less irritating.
I shave against the direction because it is so much smoother, and I only completely shave about once a week, otherwise it could be too irritating. I would say after about two months of shaving my skin didn't have as much irritation and ingrown hairs, however I continue to have ingrown hairs here and there regularly but thats the price of shaving _________________ http://www.yeastinfectionadvice.com
