Buying tip:
J D Salinger’s “the Catcher in the Rye”. First edition copies, in the dustjacket and in very good condition are selling for between $3,000 and $5,000 at auction online.
Any of the books written by J.R.R. Tolkien are currently extremely popular at auction. Especially The Hobbit and the Lord Of The Rings Trilogy. A Signed UK first edition of The Hobbit, in dust jacket, recently sold for $10,400. |
